Return & Exchange Policy – Khaloos

At Khaloos, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

It must be returned in its original packaging (including box and tags).

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or stains.

Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance.

Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.


3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Contact us at khaloos.products@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 321 2069228 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Mention your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.

Our team will confirm the availability of your desired size or style.

Once approved, please send the product back to our return address (shared via email/WhatsApp).

After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll ship your replacement product.


4. Shipping Charges for Exchange

If the exchange is due to a size issue or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

If the item received is defective or wrong, Khaloos will cover all shipping costs.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement after verification.


6. Refund Policy

Currently, Kahloos does not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for eligible items only.
